Your graph is stored in an isolated tenant and you can export everything at any time. Full license terms are in our User Agreement.
Yes. Terrace relies extensively on large language models and AI services for extraction, entity resolution, and quality audit. Content you upload will be processed by third-party AI providers. This is fundamental to how the platform works. If your organisation prohibits sending data to third-party AI providers, Terrace may not be suitable.
